Teacher - Specialist Provision
Location: Alsager, Cheshire
Salary: £120 - £150 per day
Start Date: April and September 2025 available
Contract: Full-time, Long-term contract

About the Role:

As a Teacher, you'll deliver high-quality, adaptive teaching in small class settings. You'll create personalised learning experiences and collaborate with Learning Mentors to ensure all students thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons (English, Maths, vocational studies)
• Support students' re-engagement with education
• Foster a safe, inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with the team for personalised interventions
• Prepare students for life beyond school with employability skills

Key Requirements:

• PGCE and QTS
• Understanding of Autism and SEND education
• Experience with differentiated instruction
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Resilient, adaptable, and willing to learn new strategies
• Collaborative team player
