About the Role:

Simply Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic and inclusive school in Crewe. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons, providing one-to-one support to students and assisting with classroom management. You will play an integral role in the school's educational team, helping to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students across a variety of key stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Classroom Instruction: Assist teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to the varying learning needs of students.
- Individual & Group Support: Provide focused support for students who require additional assistance, ensuring they meet their learning objectives.
- Differentiated Learning: Help adapt lesson materials and activities to suit individual learning needs, ensuring all students can access and succeed in the curriculum.
- Behavioural Support: Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment by supporting students with emotional or behavioural challenges.
- Monitoring Progress: Assist in tracking and assessing student progress to ensure academic and personal goals are achieved.
- Safeguarding & Wellbeing: Contribute to the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

- Passion for Education: A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their academic and personal development.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Essential Qualifications:
- A passion for education and supporting student development.
- A clear DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
Desirable:
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting students with special educational needs (SEN).
