About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils aged 4-16 with a variety of learning and developmental needs
Provide personalised 1:1 and small-group support
Use communication tools, visual aids, and sensory strategies
Help pupils access learning at their own pace
Support emotional regulation through calm, patient approaches
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and SEN specialists
