A vibrant primary school in Northamptonshire is seeking a passionate and dedicated Unqualified Teacher to join their team. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the education and development of students.


Role Responsibilities

As an Unqualified Teacher, you will:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences across various year groups.

  • Assist in the planning and preparation of lessons and classroom activities.

  • Supervise and support pupils, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Assist in assessing and monitoring children's progress, providing feedback to parents and carers.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging activities.

  • Support the social and emotional development of each child.


Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A genuine passion for education and working with children.

  • Experience working in a school or educational setting.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
