1:1 Teaching Assistant - Lincoln

Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Long-term / Part-time / Day-to-day
Pay: £82.08 - £96.96 (Depending on role and experience)

We are recruiting 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary schools in the Lincoln area from January 2026. This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, supportive, and passionate about helping children with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEND or learning needs

• Assist with personalised learning plans and interventions

• Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and independence

• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a primry school setting(desirable)

• Caring, adaptable, and confident working 1:1

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
