1:1 Teaching Assistant - Sleaford

Location: Sleaford and surrounding areas
Pay: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (dependent on experience and role)
Contract: Part-time / Long-term / Day-to-day
Start: Ongoing

We are on the look out for dedicated and patient 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary schools in the Sleaford area. This role suits individuals who are passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive both academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with specific learning or behavioural needs

• Assist with learning activities, emotional regulation, and social development

• Work closely with the class teacher

• Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience supporting children with SEN or in a 1:1 role (preferred)

• Calm, patient, and adaptable

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passionate about supporting children to achieve their best
