The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and mobility support to students
• Assist pupils with feeding, hygiene, and medical routines
• Support students in the classroom to access learning and activities

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people with additional or complex needs
• A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Health and Social Care Level 2/3) are desirable but not essential
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
