Whether you've previously worked in schools, supported young people in another setting, or are simply passionate about helping children succeed, we would love to hear from you!

📚 About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting both teachers and pupils in the classroom. Every day is different, and you'll have the chance to work closely with students to help them grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation

  • Working with small groups of pupils or providing one-to-one support

  • Encouraging pupils to stay engaged and confident in their learning

  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Assisting with classroom organisation and daily routines
