Role: Early Career Teacher (ECT)
Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas
Start Date: Upon receiving QTS
Contract Type: Flexible supply, part-time and long-term roles
Salary: £130 - £168.80 per day (dependent on experience)
Suitable for: ECTs beginning or completing induction

Simply Education are working closely with a number of primary schools across Lincoln and are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teachers to join them. We regularly place ECTs into our partner schools, helping new teachers secure valuable classroom experience and build strong foundations for their careers.

Many of the ECTs we support go on to secure long-term or permanent positions, making this a great opportunity to get your foot in the door while exploring different school settings.

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Creating a positive and supportive learning environment
Following school schemes of work and adapting lessons to pupils' needs
Monitoring progress and providing feedback
Building relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Developing your teaching skills with ongoing support and mentorship

We're looking for:

QTS achieved or pending
A positive, proactive and flexible approach
Confidence managing a classroom
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for education and pupil progress
