We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our client in Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students, build their confidence in mathematics, and help them achieve their full potential.

What You'll Do:

✅ Teach Maths across KS3 & KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
✅ Plan and deliver engaging lessons that make maths accessible and enjoyable
✅ Differentiate learning to support all abilities
✅ Assess and track progress, providing constructive feedback
✅ Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

What We're Looking For:

🎓 QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
➕ Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
🧠 Ability to inspire, motivate and challenge students
🤝 Excellent communication and classroom management skills
