The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils individually and in small groups
• Assist the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Support children with varying needs, including SEN where required

Requirements

To be considered, you must:

• Have experience working with children (essential)
• Have school-based experience (preferred)
• Be patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting children's learning
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check
• Be able to provide relevant references
