Position: Teaching Assistant (Secondary)
Location: Manchester
Salary: £90 - £120 per day (Dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time & Flexible Supply

Simply Education is working in partnership with secondary schools across Manchester to recruit Teaching Assistants for flexible supply and long-term opportunities.

The Role:

Support students in the classroom, either one-to-one or in small groups
Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
Help manage behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
Support students with additional learning needs where required
Follow school policies and contribute to safeguarding and student wellbeing

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred)
A minimum of 6 months' experience working within a UK secondary school (desirable)
A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to supporting student progress and engagement
