Teaching Assistant - Lincoln

Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term / Supply
Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (depending on experience and role)

Are you enthusiastic about supporting children's learning and development?
We are always recruiting dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our network of welcoming primary schools in the Lincoln area.

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 in their learning

• Assist teachers with lesson delivery, classroom activities, and preparation

• Work one-to-one or with small groups to provide additional support

• Encourage pupils' confidence, engagement, and progress

• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (preferred)

• A caring, patient, and proactive approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent (desirable but not essential)

• Passionate about education and supporting children to succeed

• Flexible roles across a range of schools in the Lincoln area

• Ongoing support from an experienced education consultant
