We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, committed, and experienced Year 5 Teacher to join our friendly and supportive schools in Princes Risborough. The Role:
As a Year 5 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum. You will create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure every child receives the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Differentiate teaching to support a range of abilities and learning styles
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
  • Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and carers

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching within UK primary schools (essential)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5
  • A valid DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching
