Salary - £160 - £250 DOE
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher looking for your next opportunity in the Maidstone area? We are seeking a committed and engaging Secondary Science Teacher to join a supportive and well-established school, starting as soon as possible until the end of the academic year.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking Science department with strong leadership and a clear focus on high-quality teaching and student achievement.
The Role:
- Teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential)
- Specialism in Biology, Chemistry or Physics welcomed
- Planning and delivering engaging, practical and theory-based lessons
- Assessing, tracking and supporting pupil progress
- Contributing to departmental planning and enrichment activities
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Science at secondary level
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- A passion for inspiring curiosity and raising attainment
- Ability to commit through to the end of the academic year
