Position: Science Teacher (Secondary)
Location: Clacton-on-Sea, Essex
Contract type: Full-time;
Start date: September 2026

• Key requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience teaching Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) Science.

• Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics, ability to teach across the sciences.

• Key responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare & deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.

• Use practical science experiments, demonstrations and technology to deepen student understanding.

• Monitor pupil progress, provide feedback, manage classroom behaviour, maintain safe lab practices.
